Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop product strategies and roadmaps.
- Define product requirements and specifications based on market research and customer feedback.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage product features and enhancements.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding product-related inquiries and updates.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
- Provide training and support to sales and customer support teams to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and support our products.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2-4 yrs of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
